Small Lots Smart Design 2006 - Mayor’s Choice Award
Fung + Blatt Architects, Inc.’s entry entitled CityHoodHome won the Mayor’s Choice Award. Sponsored by the LA City Planning Department and Enterprise Foundation “the competition takes advantage of the recently adopted Los Angeles Small Lot Ordinance, created by the Planning Department, which encourages fresh, innovative, and cost-effective approaches to single-family home design.”
